Victims of Tractor Trailer Accident Identified

The Lewis County WV. Sheriff’s Department has identified the two victims of a tractor trailer accident that happened on January 12.

Quentin Rutledge, 22 of Sterling Heights, Mich. and Kenneth Williams, 23 of Detroit were killed when their Werner Enterprises tractor trailer lost control on ice on Interstate 79, hit a guardrail, flipped, slid 30 feet down an embankment and caught on fire.
