Kelsee ran away from her home January 12, 2009. She got a ride with a trucker from the Jane Lew Truck Stop. She also told him that she was 18. It has been confirmed that she was last seen at the TA Truck Stop in Brookville, Pennsylvania at 7am on January 13th attempting to secure a ride to New York State. She was last seen carrying a light blue bag and was wearing a brown Carhart coat and brown tennis shoes. She has a scar on her chin and forehead, wears glasses and was wearing a silver chain with a silver locket and a gold bracelet with crystal stones.
