Boss, you better watch what your mouth

Lynx Trucking owner ordered to pay an ex-employee $ǿ,750.00 for “name calling” and “wrongful termination.”
Even though the employee wasn’t doing her job, and made many mistakes.
The ex-employee was fired for being on facebook during company time, and for coming to work late.
Wow, if I had just played my cards just right, I could have been rich by now from suing my ex-bosses for calling me names, and cussing at me. What the hell has the trucking industry turning into? I guess next we are going to see flowered deodorizers hanging from the sun visors and cigarette lighters, instead of half naked women for the men, and Chippendale dancers for the ladies.
Hopefully, the rest of the trucking companies are paying attention, and read the news article about Cheryl Khan so they don’t make a mistake by hiring her. Evidently she has a problem with showing up to work on time, and abusing her working time, by “socializing” on facebook. *Ding *Ding *Ding wake up! You are at a job, not at home on your own time.
People need to grow a backbone, and also grow up. We are not in grade school anymore. Some bosses are just “hard nose” it’s your choice to work for them.

What a joke! I can’t believe this kangaroo court ruled in her favor. What a farce! She was not wrongfully terminated and it’s a shame he’s out of 30 grand. I guess next I can sue the D.O.T. for writing me a ticket even though I hit the bridge on a restricted route. I take it she’s not a truck driver since she has time for Facebook during business hours. They should have taken the internet service charges out of her check. I never thought I’d see the day where incompetence is rewarded.
