Wow, what a year 2010 has been and I for one am glad it has come and is almost gone.
I think 2010 should go down in history as the year of the most idiotic rules and regulations that have ever been brought upon trucking in general.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) issued an emergency order to Arrow Trucking to make sure that all the trucks, and trailers, and the loads were secured.

Dec. 22nd 2009 Arrow Trucking a Tulsa, Oklahoma based trucking company “suspended operations” stranding drivers all over the US, without a way for them to get home or even telling them.
Charles A. Ercole an attorney with Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP located in Philadelphia, PA. filed the suit on behalf of employees at Arrow Trucking.

Dec. 22nd 2009 as most of you already know Arrow Trucking based in Tulsa, Oklahoma abruptly closed its doors, but forgot to tell any of their drivers.
The drivers had to find out the hard way, by trying to purchase fuel and come to find out their fuel cards were shut off.

Dec. 22nd, 2009 Tulsa, Oklahoma based Trucking Company Arrow Trucking closed up shop.
They did so abruptly they forgot to mention it to their fourteen hundred drivers, some of which were still on the road.

Arrow Trucking Company calls it quits overnight

Well, it looks as if Oklahoma based Arrow Trucking has suspended operations overnight.
In the report seen on a news site, an announcement will be made this afternoon. The way they suspended operations is really going to put some of their drivers in a big bind, with the holidays just around the corner.
