
American Trucking Association sues DOT for supporting documents on HOS

The American Trucking Associations (ATA) filed a lawsuit with the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit asking it to compel the Department of Transportation (DOT) to issue a long-overdue hours-of-service (HOS) supporting documents regulation.
