Truck Driver Dies At Kentucky Coal Mine

JENKINS, Ky. (AP) – A truck driver has died after his truck ran over an embankment at an eastern Kentucky coal mine and overturned.
U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration spokeswoman Amy Louviere said the accident happened about 8 a.m. EDT on Thursday in Letcher County, near the city of Jenkins.
