A truck driver dropped thousands of gallons of paint on I-80 Thursday.
The man was near the Quad Cities when he lost control of his truck and spilled the fast-drying paint- which was supposed to be used to paint stripes along Illinois roadways. The paint coated the grass near the accident scene.
